I purchased the Master Lock receiver lock set because all the items were keyed alike, and Master Lock has a reputation for quality products.
Disappointed....
I wanted a set of 3 trailer locks and because the website has so many to choose from, I called etrailer for advice. I explained that I wanted top quality locks to secure an Airstream and that nothing short of the sturdiest would do. I was pointed at this Master Lock set and told it was well-regarded by buyers. So I took it. When it arrived I could see straight away how flimsy most of it is. Only the receiver lock appears to be anywhere near robust.
I wouldn't buy this again - individual locks are a better way to go.
My wife and I bought a set for our utility trailer in 2018, and we were very pleased… We still use it. Last year, we bought the same set for our new boat trailer, and it works perfectly. I’d highly recommend this package.
Master locks are a name brand. It is so nice to have all locks keyed the same. This decreases the chance the camper will get stolen.
Loose and easily broken.
Great product. All the locks work fine with my trailer and hitch. I feel more secure now leaving my boat park on the driveway. I was skeptical that it wouldn’t work with the square tongue but it fits really well and sturdy.
Great kit with common keys to keep our trailers close by and under our control.
This is my second purchase of this kit. I have used the products to secure a small cargo trailer I haul behind my motorcycle. The locks are easy to install and provide added security. I have never been disappointed with any prodducts purchased at etrailer.com. Customer service has been excelent. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I am still happy with the performance of this item and recommend it to anyone.
Ample room for the bits in the bag, which is nice. I used some of the shipping bubble wrap to pad it. Everything looks nice, works properly, and I've already installed the two trailer locks on my trailer. Decent theft deterrent, will at least slow 'em down or walk if they're lazy.

Ive had this for a year now and its worked flawlessly. Granted, it is used on our trailer that is stored indoors. The locking mechanisms and key tumblers are still smooth. The bits have been exposed to rain and sun and still look

I've had this now for about a year, and it works very well. I like the fact that it all fits in the included case, and that all of the locking mechanisms are the same. I only have to carry one key for everything. I do think the lock for the coupler could be better, but overall I am very happy with these locks.

I have been using this periodically since I purchased it, and it is still working great. I did lose one of the pins, so I might be purchasing a new one in the near future, but it isnt because the product isnt working as it is suppose to work, its because I cant find one of the pins.
Nice to have a set of locking devices in one case all keyed the same.
HOWEVER, Not well designed & typical Chinese poor quality.
The coupling lock doesn't fit tight , its sloppy and loose. There is a short video of this same coupling lock being knocked off a trailer with one blow from a hammer.
The hitch shank pin has the locking cap perpendicular to the pin. With my tow vehicle I need to get on the ground to see and insert the key. Better to have the key hole in line with the pin and insert the key horizontal so the key hole slot is visible.
I wouldn't recommend this lock set.
This seems to be exactly what they say. It works, I feel better knowing my trailer is not going to be taken easily !! A drop of oil in the key hole will help keep moisture out and the keys work better.

Still happy with this product.
Just took on it's first camping trip and so far everything is great. Seems like sturdy construction and having 1 key for everything is AWESOME. Caps over lock are nice for keeping dirt and water out. One bonus is the hitch lock creates a sort of "shin protector" for that time in the dark when you walk into your hitch. Another buddy is ordering his set this week.
Recently purchased a boat and need to park my boat on trailer at a storage lot due to HOA restrictions. The Master Lock set secures all components of the trailer and hitch lock. Operation is smooth and all locks protected from weather. Recommend.
Great product, the bag is not as cheap as you'd think. Hitch lock fits my camper hitch perfect. These are better than the Reese/Curt ones.

Probably not the best product available, but it provides a decent layer of protection for the money. I’m got it to make sure my utility trailer doesn’t walk away. My only complaint is that my trailer tongue was powder coated and the lock for when it isn’t connected to a tow vehicle scratched up the powder coating quite a bit.
I just made a significant purchase from etrailer to fit out my SUV and a new trailer to haul my Teryx UTV. Because they specialize in "everything trailers", I found their selection of options to be one of the most extensive on line ...and the pricing is very competitive too. The only place I found a full set of trailer/hitch locks with common keying was on this site. The set looks well made as I'd expect from Master Lock.
Packaging was excellent , delivery was fast and I will order from them again. Not a giant web sales enterprise so very good customer service follow-up... and a phone number that a real person answers! Imagine that :)
Amazing product and the highest quality on everything I ordered - Draw-Tite Hitch Receiver, Harness, and Lock and Coupler Set for my 2016 Chevy Traverse. The video online made it so easy to install. This was a very easy installation. The custom fit design was exactly what I wanted. Wife and I installed it ourselves. Saved us hundreds of dollars and it looks professional. We feel like we've done everything we can to keep our trailer from being stolen. This lock set works great right out of the box (bag). Plus having the brand name of MasterLock gives us the added assurance that it will last more than one season. The directions were easy to understand and follow.
Product works exactly as stated. Easy to use and higher quality than I expected. etrailer.com has been excellent through every step of the process instilling confidence in that if there was a problem I know they'd handle it. etrailer.com definitely deserves consideration when there's a choice between them and others. etrailer.com earns it!
This lock is easy to apply and remove. All locks are keyed alike for convenience. Works well for me on a small trailer with a two inch ball connector.
